Accounts帳號

Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Please use an email address you can access. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

請妥善保管密碼，並對帳號下的活動負責；請使用你能收信的電子郵件。違反本條款的帳號可能被暫停。你可隨時要求刪除帳號（見隱私政策）。

Acceptable use合理使用

• Do not misuse or try to disrupt the service.
• Do not scrape at scale or bypass rate limits or the daily Ask the Master limits.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harassing or harmful purposes, or try to make the AI produce harmful content.
• Do not impersonate others.

• 不得濫用或試圖破壞服務。
• 不得大規模抓取，或繞過頻率限制及“問先生”每日限額。
• 不得用於違法、騷擾或有害目的，或誘導 AI 生成有害內容。
• 不得冒充他人。

Paid services付費服務

Paid services are not available yet. If we introduce them, the price, what is delivered and the applicable terms, including our Refund Policy, will be shown before purchase, and you will confirm them at checkout.

付費服務尚未上線。如日後推出，價格、交付內容及適用條款（含退款政策）將在購買前展示，並須在結賬時確認。

Intellectual property智慧財產權

The site design, text, articles and generated readings belong to ReelForge LLC or its licensors. You may use your own readings for personal, non-commercial purposes. Open-source components remain under their own licences, and public-domain classics remain in the public domain.

網站設計、文字、文章及生成的解讀歸 ReelForge LLC 或其許可方所有。你可將自己的解讀用於個人非商業用途。開源元件遵循各自許可證，公有領域古籍仍屬公有領域。

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. See also our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability責任限制

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelForge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

Governing law and disputes適用法律與爭議

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first: both sides agree to try to resolve it through good-faith negotiation before taking any other action.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the service means you accept them.
