This policy applies to paid services once they launch. Star & Fate is operated by ReelForge LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Delivered digital readings已交付的數字解讀

Readings are digital content delivered immediately, so once delivered they are generally non-refundable.

數字解讀即時交付，交付後一般不予退款。

When we refund可退款情形

• You paid but the service was not delivered, for example because of a technical failure.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Where applicable law requires a refund.

• 已付款但服務未交付（如技術故障）。
• 同一訂單被重複扣款。
• 適用法律要求退款的情形。

How to request a refund如何申請

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge, including your account email, the date and amount, and a short description. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

請在扣款後 7 天內發郵件至 [email protected]，註明帳號電子郵件、扣款日期與金額及簡要說明。稽核通過的退款將原路退回，到賬時間取決於髮卡行或支付服務商。
